A lovely video of Nollywood stars Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe playfully arguing over their age difference has surfaced online.
Iyabo disclosed that she is ten days older than Mercy during a lighthearted interview session where both actresses jokingly debated who was older.
The Return of Arinzo star insisted she deserves to be called “Aunty” because of the age gap.
“She’s my younger sister, but she never likes to admit it. I’m older than her by 10 days,” Iyabo Ojo said in the funny video.
Iyabo also spoke about how she first met Mercy, revealing that she was the one who approached her colleague first.
“I met Mercy when she started acting, people used to tell me there was someone who acts like me. The day I met her one-on-one, I approached her first and since then we have been friends,” she said.
Sharing the clip again on her X page, Mercy responded with a playful caption.
“She doesn’t want to agree that we’re age mates.”
The two actresses recently travelled to the United Kingdom for the second premiere of The Return of Arinzo.
In related news, the movie recently crossed another milestone at the box office four weeks after its cinema release.
According to FilmOne Entertainment, the film has generated ₦311.5 million in cinemas.
