Renowned Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has reignited her long-running feud with fellow actress Lizzy Anjorin, issuing a public warning via social media and stating that Lizzy should be held accountable if anything happens to her or her children.
The warning comes shortly after Iyabo’s Lagos office was engulfed in a fire incident. Tensions escalated when Lizzy Anjorin recently shared a viral video claiming that a defamation lawsuit filed against her by Iyabo had been dismissed by the court. Lizzy also alleged that Iyabo surrounds herself with people who harass and bully her online.
During a Friday morning Instagram live session, Iyabo Ojo dismissed those claims, stating that the case hadn’t even officially begun and that the current legal phase was merely part of the court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process.
She said:
“If anything happens to me or my children, hold Lizzy Anjorin responsible. The case hasn’t started—what was struck out was just ADR, not the lawsuit itself. I’ve been waiting for you to call my name. You said I associate with people who bully you—Lizzy, we are not friends, and I owe you no explanation about my relationships.”
This development came shortly after Iyabo revealed she had received a police summons over allegations of cyberbullying related to her advocacy in the late Mohbad’s case.
