Nigerian music legend 2Face Idibia has responded to rising public concern after a disturbing message, allegedly posted on his Instagram, went viral suggesting he was in distress.
The earlier circulating post, which appeared to show the singer calling for help, triggered widespread worry among fans and sparked intense speculation online.
Tuface Breaks His Silence
In a new video shared across his official social media accounts, 2Face clarified that he is completely fine and did not publish the alarming message that had been attributed to him.
“This is getting out of hand. It’s a very dangerous situation,” Tuface said. “I understand what fans can do, but I am perfectly okay. This is putting Natasha at risk. It is not fair on anybody to feel this kind of thing.”
He urged the public to stop spreading misleading information and to avoid amplifying fear.
“Please, I need everybody to calm down and cease fire. We’re gonna resolve all these issues. People dey get issues for house, no be today. Please friends, family, everybody cease fire. Please, I am perfectly fine. I didn’t post that post.”
The singer stressed that the matter is being handled privately and appealed to fans to avoid worsening the situation.
Tuface and Natasha’s Ongoing Tension
Recent reports suggested that the artist and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, had a heated confrontation inside a London store. According to sources, the altercation eventually led to 2Face being taken into custody by UK authorities.
