Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has expressed his desire to prioritize winning the Premier League title over the UEFA Champions League this season.
The Egyptian star, who has previously won both prestigious trophies, has been in outstanding form for Arne Slot’s side.
At 32, Salah has already netted 17 Premier League goals and contributed 13 assists this season, helping Liverpool secure the top spot on the league table with 45 points from 18 matches.
Speaking to TNT Sports ahead of Liverpool’s highly anticipated clash against Manchester United on Sunday, Salah said, “This year, I want to win the Premier League title more than the Champions League. It’s something I really want, and as a team, we all want it.”
