Popular singer Simi recently shared her thoughts on why she believes couples who plan to get married should live together for some time prior to tying the knot. Speaking on a podcast called “Tea with Taye,” the mother of one explained that it’s difficult to truly know someone when you only see them in certain situations, such as when they are outside of the home. Simi emphasized that people tend to behave differently in public and are often on their best behaviour. However, by living together, couples can see each other’s different sides and determine if they are truly ready for a lifetime commitment.
