Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, Minister of state for Petroleum Resources and Group Managing Director of NNPC, has offered fresh apologies for the lingering fuel scarcity in the country, stating that the Federal Government was looking for a lasting solution to the incessant fuel scarcity in Nigeria.

I apologise to Nigerians for all the pains; nobody wants to see people spend 2 hours on fuel queues. We are working on long term solutions.
