French President Francois Hollande has called for a cooperative global action against the IS while speaking at the Iraqi conference in Paris on tackling the terror groups threat.
The president while addressing the 30 countries US led coalition who has laid down strategies to fight the terrorist organizations that have taken over larger Syria and Iraq. The strategies which is expected to be mostly air strikes from the US, France and Arab countries which the US have decided to keep covert.
The coalition which includes ten Arab countries is led by US who says Egypt has a ‘key’ role to play with turkey been hesitant on pledging military support due to eighty if its citizen held hostage by the IS.
Though it’s a global response to a global threat as President Hollande said “Iraqs fight against terrorists is also our fight” and Iraqi president Fuad Masum hoping there would be a quick response to the ISIS vermin, there are questions about the legitimacy of the proposed imminent attack in Syria as the Assad government and its allies Iran and Russia are left out of the coalition.
