The Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola, has urged the Federal Government to recover the missing $20bn and use the money to provide 20,000 megawatts of electricity.

Fashola disclosed this during the inauguration of Addo – Kekere, Lagbasa and Ajah Badore roads in the Eti-Osa Local Government Area.

“If the Federal Government finds the missing $20bn, we will have constant power supply. I know that if we have $1bn, we will have 1,000 megawatts of electricity in the country. So $20bn is equivalent to 20,000 megawatts.”
