Popular herb seller and social media influencer Eniola Sisialagbo has publicly apologised after a private video involving her, her husband, and another woman surfaced online.
She addressed the controversy in a Facebook post, where she accepted responsibility and asked fans for understanding.
Reports earlier claimed that Sisialagbo’s husband allegedly shared the footage in a group chat before it later spread across various social media platforms.
The leaked clip reportedly showed the influencer in a private setting with her husband and another woman, sparking criticism from online users who questioned her public image.
Reacting to the backlash, she admitted fault and expressed regret.
“I own my mistakes and I apologize with all sincerity of the video circulating online, I am deeply sorry to everyone who felt disappointed in me,” she wrote.
She explained that the incident has deeply affected her emotionally, adding that she has struggled to cope since the video emerged.
According to her, the controversy has impacted her appetite and sleep, leaving her distressed.
“This is a great phase for me and I pray for God forgiveness and my fans forgiveness. Please let’s move on pass this because this media is where I get little support to feed,” she added.
Sisialagbo also pleaded with followers not to judge or attack her, stressing that social media is connected to her source of income.
She said she is already dealing with enough pain privately.
“Please don’t condemn me or castigate me. I am already passing through a lot. I can’t eat or sleep for days even sleeping meds aren’t working for me any longer,” she wrote.
