A 24-count charge of stealing and obtaining by false pretense a sum of N1.9 bn has been filed against former head of service ,Stephen Oronsaye by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the federal high court in Abuja.
Oronsaye appeared before Gabriel Kolawole Monday.
