Eezee Tee, former manager of popular gospel artist Mercy Chinwo, has addressed the ongoing uproar surrounding the arrest of controversial social media figure VeryDarkMan (VDM).
The internet has been abuzz since VDM was detained in Abuja by law enforcement authorities. Adding fuel to the fire, recent allegations have surfaced claiming that Mercy Chinwo may have played a role in his arrest. These claims emerge in the midst of her defamation lawsuit against VDM, which stems from his comments linked to her legal battle with Eezee Tee.
In response to the swirling controversy, Eezee Tee took to Instagram to share his thoughts, highlighting VeryDarkMan’s role in speaking up for marginalized voices. He also offered prayers for VDM’s safety and swift release.
He wrote: “No one can take away from the impact he’s made by giving a voice to the voiceless and drawing attention to the struggles of the underprivileged. During this difficult time, I pray for his protection and freedom.”
