55-year-old, Rolf Buchholz, the world’s most pierced man was denied entry into the United Arab Emirates.
No reasons have been given for denying him entry into the oil rich nation, where he was scheduled to appear at a a circus-themed nightclub that woos partygoers with over-the-top attractions such as sword swallowers and burlesque dancers.
The Huffington Post, however, speculated that he may have been refused entry because of his looks.
Buchholz told Associated Press (AP) that immigration agents initially stamped his passport and let him through, but that he was stopped again before he was able to exit customs.
However, he soon found himself in a room with other deportees.
The angry man opined that he may have been refused entry because immigration officials “ thought I am Black Magic.”
The German national, who sports 453 piercings plus two horns on his forehead was afterwards put on a flight to Istanbul, Turkey, after the management of the hotel where he was scheduled to appear had failed “despite all its attempts” to win permission for him to enter the emirate.
