DSS denies Radio Biafra Director, Nnamdi Kanu access to lawyer

Nnamdi Kanu who was arrested few days ago when he landed in Nigeria has been denied access to a lawyer.

The Magistrate Court,Wuse 11, sitting in Abuja, has refused to release  Nnamdi Kanu, Radio Biafra Director as he is yet to meet the bail conditions.

The Department of State Service, DSS, Tuesday, also denied the leader of  IPOD   lawyer access to his client despite subsisting court order allowing him access to his lawyer and physician.

In a telephone interview, Wednesday, his lawyer, Mr. Egechukwu Obetta, told newsmen that ,” he has not been been released.”

According to IPOD’s lawyer, Mr. Egechukwu Obetta, ”the filing of paper work in line with his bail condition is in progress.
