Renowned Nigerian DJ and music personality, DJ Cuppy, has shared that her spiritual journey with Jesus Christ has deeply transformed her career path, bringing a renewed sense of meaning and fulfillment.
The entertainer, born Florence Otedola, reflected on the impact of her faith in a heartfelt post on X (formerly Twitter), revealing how her plans as a DJ have taken a different turn since committing her life to Christ.
“Had a moment of reflection this evening. Jesus really changed the direction of my DJ career — but in the most amazing way. Being booked and busy doesn’t matter if you’re not living with purpose,” she wrote.
Cuppy, 31, and daughter of billionaire mogul Femi Otedola, rededicated her life to God in August 2024 during a service at Holy Trinity Brompton, a prominent London-based church.
Since then, her fans have observed a noticeable shift toward faith-centered messages and a more introspective tone in her posts. Although she hasn’t fully stepped away from the music scene, her recent remarks hint at a deeper reevaluation of her ambitions and what success now means to her.
