Nigerian disc jockey DJ Chicken criticized singer Portable on social media for not winning an award at the Headies awards.
Portable, though, had previously opened up about his feelings on Instagram, expressing displeasure in both himself and the Street pop subgenre.
On social media, DJ Chicken couldn’t help but make fun of Zazu’s performance and point out how he was outperforming him.
Popular singer Portable was criticized on social media by Nigerian radio jockey DJ Chicken for not winning an award at the recently held 16th Headies ceremony.
After the Headies Awards, Portable took to Instagram to lament his failures to both himself and the Street pop subgenre.
The singer was criticized on social media by DJ Chicken, who also happens to be at odds with the Zazu act, who claimed that Portable’s fame had peaked.
According to DJ Chicken, Portable’s Ogun State mansion cost the same as what he makes each day from Instagram.
Not content with that, he also criticized Portable for calling Shallipopi a Yahoo boy.
He stated, translating his rant:
“What grace do you now have? Your grace did not help you collect Headies Award, Seyi Vibez won an award, Zinoleesky also collected an award, it is finished for you Portable! You were abusing my guy, Shallipopi, you called him a Yahoo boy; it won’t be well with you. Also go and do Yahoo if it’s easy like that, it won’t be well with you in life.”
“Portable your own is finished, your glory has sunk, the house you built in Ifo for your mother, I will make the money in one day on my Instagram page. They have hacked the fool’s account. There’s no glory for him to use. It is finished for him.”
