According to a report by TMZ, the music mogul has been moved to the low-security Fort Dix federal prison, a facility known for its drug-rehabilitation programs.

Combs was convicted on two counts of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. His legal team had earlier requested that he be assigned to the Fort Dix facility, where he is expected to remain until May 8, 2028.

His trial began on May 5, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The rapper faced several federal charges, including sexual misconduct, racketeering, and human trafficking, though he pleaded not guilty to all allegations.

Prosecutors accused Combs of running a network of associates who arranged interstate travel for women to engage in sexual acts with him.

During the trial, his lawyer proposed a $50 million bond along with strict conditions, such as house arrest, GPS monitoring, no access to phones or internet, round-the-clock supervision, and weekly drug testing  all to ensure compliance.
