Spate of robbery has increased in Lagos since the introduction of the lockdown measures to curtail the spread of coronavirus.

Reports from various parts of Lagos and Ogun states confirm that robbers now operate with impunity both during the day and night.

Many residents of these two states have now resorted to form vigilante groups to protect their lives and properties.
