Fans are always quick to comment on their strikingly similar looks when Reese Witherspoon shares a photo of herself alongside daughter, Ava Phillippe.
And on Sunday the comments ran rampant once again when the Oscar-winning actress posted an adorable mommy-daughter photo from high up in the mountains of an unknown winter wonderland.
‘Weekend ski bunnies,’ the Big Little Lies star captioned the selfie.
It appears Witherspoon, 43, snuggled up next to her 20-year-old daughter when the two were riding on a ski-lift up a mountain.
Mom looked slope-ready in a black and white ski jacket and her blonde tresses blowing in the wind with a left part.
Like years past, Many of Witherspoon’s followers were quick to point how much the pair look alike.
One person wrote, ‘Twins! Hope you gorgeous angels are having an amazing time!’
Another commented, ‘I’m seeing double.’
One particular fan heaped praise on Witherspoon’s age-defying looks: ‘She does look like she could be your twin! Is this your sister Reese?’
Another person kept it short and sweet, ‘TWINS! You literally birthed yourself!
It’s not just fans who keep harping on their likeness when pictured together. Witherspoon sees it, too.
‘I do see the resemblance. She’s a beautiful person inside and out. She’s just a good soul, the Louisiana native confessed during a Big Little Lies premiere in 2017, as reported by Vanity Fair.
I’m not sure what she thinks. I’m just mom to her… I really have a rich, personal relationship with my daughter. I have a really great career, and it’s nice to be able to share it with my kids.’
Along with Ava, the actress also shares son Deacon Phillippe with ex-husband and actor Ryan Phillippe.
