Nigerian content creator and internet streamer Carter Efe has publicly accused his colleague and fellow creator, Peller, of orchestrating the hack that led to the permanent ban of his TikTok account.
The accusation comes just a day after Carter Efe was hit with a lifetime ban on the popular video-sharing platform. While TikTok officially cited violations of its community guidelines and platform policies as the reason for the termination, Carter Efe maintains that his account was compromised from the inside.
The Accusation on Channels TV
Speaking during a live interview with Channels Television in Lagos, Carter Efe did not mince words as he pointed fingers directly at Peller. He claimed his colleague was the mastermind behind the digital takedown, turning what seemed like a policy enforcement issue into a personal rivalry.
The content creator went a step further, issuing a stern warning of retaliation targeting those in Peller’s immediate circle.
Threat of Retaliation
Expressing his frustration, Carter Efe threatened to strike back, warning that he would target Peller’s close associates in response to the alleged hack.
In his statement, Carter Efe warned: “Na Peller hacked am. Me I don already tell am say I no dey chop people’s account but I go chop person wey dey around am.”
This translates to his refusal to directly sabotage Peller’s personal platforms, opting instead to target the online presence of someone close to him as a form of digital payback. As of the time of writing, Peller has not officially responded to these serious allegations, leaving fans of both Nigerian internet personalities highly anticipating the next turn of events.
