Garba Shehu, head President Muhammadu Buhari’s media team, says his principal and Vice-president Yemi Osinbajo have declared their assets.
Details of the the assets as declared by the President and his vice is yet to be revealed, but they have fulfilled one their campaign promises and also satisfied Chapter VI, section 140 of the Nigerian constitution stipulates that a person elected to the office of president shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities.
The duo submitted their assets declaration form on May 28, Code of Conduct Bureau also confirmed.
