A train derailed at Mangoro bus stop in Agege area of Lagos during the rush hour traffic, and according to eyewitnesses many are trapped.
It was gathered that one of the train coaches fell off the rail track while in motion, causing another coach to derail, trapping the passengers in them. Though no death was reported at the time of this report, some of the trapped passengers in the train which derailed at Mangoro Bus Stop were reportedly seen struggling to escape through the windows of the affected coaches. It was also learnt that many passengers were injured in the accident.
