No fewer than 10 person died when a bomb went off at the Federal College of Education in the town of Kontagora, Niger state.
Students of the teachers training college were writing exams when the blast occurred Wednesday.
No group as claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Niger State police spokesman Ibrahim Gambari confirmed the blast by telephone from Minna.
“We have dispatched our teams from here,” he said
