Blessing CEO has publicly apologised to Nigerians following the controversy surrounding her stage 4 breast cancer claims and the donations she received.
The self-acclaimed relationship expert stated that she intends to be more transparent going forward by sharing her medical records, including scan results and biopsy reports, to clarify the situation.
She also addressed those who contributed financially to her treatment, announcing that anyone who wishes to get a refund can do so by providing proof of payment along with their account details.
After weeks of silence and backlash—which saw her deactivate her Instagram account—Blessing CEO recently returned to social media, removed all previous posts related to her illness, and issued an apology.
In a video shared shortly after her return, she expressed regret over the controversy and acknowledged the reactions from the public, while maintaining that her health condition is genuine.
“Please be patient with me, I did not lie about my health issues,”
She added that she plans to document her medical journey moving forward, similar to how she previously shared her cosmetic procedures.
Blessing CEO further reassured donors that they can request refunds by reaching out directly with their receipts.
“Send us a WhatsApp message or DM, attaching your receipt and account number, you get a refund.”
