The First Lady of Bauchi State, Hajia Hadiza Abubakar has donated food items and textile material worth N8 million to Christian women and Widows in the state.
Flagging off the distribution of the items at ECWA Church Sabon Kaura in Bauchi yesterday, Hajia Abubakar said the gesture was part of the present administration efforts at showing love to women and to enable them enjoy the Christmas celebration.
The First Lady said Sabon Kaura was selected for the flag off of the distribution because of the large population of Internally Displaced Persons that settled in the area.
