I can’t but help to laugh, Oyinbo scam Nigerian yahoo -yahoo guys. This time Warri boys… sorry Nigerian boys don carry last.
Sarah Jane Cochrane-Ramsey, a  23 year old Australian was employed by some Nigerians  sometimes in March 2010 to act as an “agent.”
Her brief back then  was to provide an Australian bank account through which they could funnel any payments they received through their dodgy account on a popular car sales website. (She was however unaware that the whole thing was a scam)
She was paid her retainer and was also entitled to keep eight per cent of all money paid into her account and forward the rest to the Nigerian scammers. However, this woman had other motives as she kept  two payments she received – totaling $33,350 – and spent most of it on herself.
The Nigerians miffed by the perceived  rip off reported the matter to police, who traced the account to Cochrane-Ramsey.
Only for the police to discover after extensive enquiries  that her Nigerian employers themselves were running a phony car sales listing from a server in New York, while they themselves are in Nigeria.
The Australian plead guilty to one count of aggravated fraud on Thursday and will be sentenced next month.
