Justice Elizabeth Ipejime has declared Rauf Aregbesola the winner of the 2014 Osun state gubernatorial election.
Omisore filed a petition against Aregbesola at the election petition tribunal in November 2014.
However, today The Osun state governorship election petition tribunal upheld the re-election of Rauf Aregbesola as governor of the state.
Aregbesola and key opponent Iyiola Omisore of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP were both absent when the tribunal delivered judgement.
