Senator Ben Murray-Bruce lash at state governors who have been complaining about the federal allocations, since it was released.

Osun State governor Rauf Aregbesola had earlier complained about the federal allocations, saying that  the amount was not even enough to offset the electricity charges accrued to the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) for the power used monthly

Every governor depending solely on federal allocation is a manager not a leader. A leader will identify and grow other sources of revenue.
