The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has clarified that the ongoing power outage in several areas of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) is due to a fault on the 132-kilovolt lines 182, which runs from the Katampe to AT5 Central Area Transmission Station.
AEDC made the announcement in a statement released on Friday via its official X account.
