Nollywood actress and film producer, Monalisa Chinda has expressed her view on the prevalent issue of gender inequality once more, stating that everyone is equal in a relationship irrespective of gender.
Speaking at the just concluded Pearls International Conference in Abuja, while speaking to participants who were mainly women about relationships, the actress noted that the man does not supersede the woman.
‘In a relationship, both parties are relevant and no one is more superior than the other,’ she said.
The 40 year old actress had earlier revealed that she was once a victim of domestic violence but was strong to fight over it and feels a woman should not be underestimated in a relationship.
