In another round of mindless killings, 7 people have been killed in Taraba state on Sunday night and several houses burnt during an attack on Buwa village in Ibi local government area of Taraba State by armed men suspected to be Fulani herdsmen.
When contacted, the spokesman of the state police command, ASP Joseph Kwaji said that only one person was killed by the attackers of Buwa village, adding that the command has drafted more of its men to the area to bring the situation under control.
The stories and evidences gathered doesn’t correspond with that of the state police command.
Citizens are complaining of the nonchallant attitude of the government and the policemen towards the manslaughter taking place.
