Zinoleesky, a well-known singer, has shared his thoughts on the cancelled claims regarding his former boss, Naira Marley, which caused his latest song to underperform. It is worth noting that Naira Marley was one of the suspects in the death of his former artist, Mohbad, also known as Imole Aloba.
After being released from custody, many music lovers called for Naira Marley to be cancelled and vowed never to listen to his songs again. Despite this, Naira Marley released a song called ‘Wahala’ in December, which was ignored as promised.
Recently, a social media user with the username @Deyvxxd_ took to the X platform (formerly Twitter) to taunt the singer after his latest song underperformed. “I’m happy Nigerians took a business approach to cancelling Naira Marley. He released a song in December, and nobody cared. He still can’t believe his career is over,” he said.
In response to these claims, Zinoleesky went to Instagram to mock the allegations while subtly emphasizing Naira’s career stability.“Dey play,” he wrote in the Instagram story post.
It is worth noting that Naira Marley also addressed the claims while assuring his fans of his big return regardless of side talks.
