Nigerian music sensation Davido Adeleke’s highly anticipated wedding track, “Ogechi Remix,” has been taken down from YouTube due to copyright issues.
The song, which Davido performed live during his extravagant wedding to Chioma on June 25, 2024, quickly became one of the year’s highlights.
Released on the wedding day, “Ogechi Remix” features BoyPee, Hyce, and Brown Joel and rapidly garnered attention from fans.
The music video, uploaded on July 19, 2024, captured Davido’s profound love for his wife, Chioma, through heartfelt lyrics.
However, the music video for “Ogechi Remix” has recently been removed from Davido’s YouTube channel due to copyright disputes, causing a stir online.
While the song’s audio remains available on BoyPee’s official YouTube page, the video itself is no longer accessible.
Adding to the confusion, Davido is not listed as the official artist on the YouTube page for the song, sparking further questions.
It seems the original version of “Ogechi,” which was later remixed by BoyPee and his collaborators, was created by a different artist before the remix.
