Famous American rapper Jeffrey Williams, better known as Young Thug, has been released after agreeing to a plea deal in his racketeering trial.
Previously, Gistreel reported that Young Thug was arrested and incarcerated in May 2022 on charges related to racketeering and gang activity, along with several members of his record label, YSL Records.
According to The New York Times, Young Thug was released on Thursday and has been sentenced to 15 years of probation.
As part of this probation, he is required to complete 100 hours of community service and give four annual anti-gang presentations to youth.
It’s important to note that the Grammy-winning rapper’s trial has been among the longest in Georgia’s history.
