The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high we miss it, but that it’s too low and we cannot reach it! Maybe because we limit ourselves because of fear or because we fail to discover our God given potentials or we fail to put our potentials to work!
Just like you cannot give what you don’t have, so also you cannot maximize the potentials you have not discovered! There is tendency for the misuse of any potential embedded in you that you don’t discover…
The truth is that everyone has potential(s) in him/her but how successful we will be depends on discovering and maximizing them. Many youths do not just care to discover what their God given potential(s) is/are, which explains why unemployment increases in our generation. Even, those who care to discover it do not fully maximize it because of factors such as fear, ignorance, etcetera.
Young Leaders Summit 2012 is a program meant for all leaders and aspiring leaders, youths and Elderly ones who would love to make a significant positive impact in their lifetime. This Program is organized by ACME Consult Nigeria with the aims of;
· Helping people discover their God given potentials
· sensitizing leaders & aspiring leaders on the hows and ways of Maximizing their potential(s)
· Empowering youths and women vocationally to become their own boss.
This program is in two phases. The First phase of the program is a power packed Seminar:

Featuring: Lecture that will help in the discovery and Maximizing of our potentials, Music, Dance and lots more…

The second Phase of the program is Project Empower COPA in collaboration with Trailblazer Initiatives Nigeria
This is a free Certified Vocational Empowerment training for NYSC members, Youths & everyone that desires knowledge on:
1. Web Designing (using blog.com, blogspot.com and wordpress.com)
2. Soap Making
3. Cake Making
4. Beads/Wire-works Making
5. Interior & Exterior Decoration
6. Insecticides Production
