Mosunmola Sangodara, an APC lawmaker from Surulere constituency II in the Lagos state house of assembly, is accused of failing to graduate with an HND from Yaba College of Technology.
Dada stated this in front of Justice Nicholas Oweibo on Tuesday, October 4, when she appeared as a witness.
The witness, Kemi Pinheiro (SAN), was led in evidence and presented the school graduation list from 1992 to 1997 sessions, where the defendant’s name was missing.
