A woman in Liberty Eylau, Texas, burned down her home while trying to kill a snake by setting it ablaze, KHOU reported.
The woman was cleaning the yard outside a home near Texarkana Wednesday night when she spotted a snake.
“She saw the snake, threw gasoline on the snake, lit the snake on fire,” Bowie County Sheriff’s Deputy Randall Baggett told KSLA. “The snake went into the brush pile and the brush pile caught the home on fire.”
