Wizkid, the sensational Afrobeats star, has announced the cancellation of his ‘More Love Less Ego’ album tour.
The father of four made the announcement on Twitter, citing logistical issues as the reason.
He stated that the tour has been rescheduled for the fall and that the new date will be communicated to fans.
Prior to the cancellation, the American music tour was scheduled to begin March 3 in Houston, Texas, USA.
A statement released by the ‘Joro’ singer ran thus:
“Due to unforeseen logistical circumstances the Wizkid – More Love, Less Ego Tour has been postponed to Fall 2023.
All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled shows will be honored on the new dates at the respective venues. Stay tuned for more information. Love, Wiz.”
