Nigerian music star Wizkid stirred up the ongoing tension with Davido after their recent encounter at a London nightclub by dedicating over an hour to addressing the situation on social media.
Following the release of viral videos showing both artists in the same venue but ignoring each other, Wizkid took to his X (formerly Twitter) account, unleashing a series of heated tweets aimed at Davido’s entourage.
In his posts, Wizkid referred to Davido’s crew as “foolish” and “broke,” suggesting that any confrontation would have ended poorly for them.
“Broke guys! Your boss should’ve known better than to try anything! Foolish broke boys. We’d have wiped the floor with you!” he wrote.
Responding to a fan who noted that the videos from the encounter were mostly from Davido’s side, Wizkid mocked Davido’s team for their excitement at seeing him, saying, “Your boss has never seen a superstar before. Of course, they’d record when they spot a real star!”
