Amy Fallon, a European journalist, praises her Ugandan bike rider of eight years on his birthday for his integrity and consistency since they met.
In a tweet, the Australian-Canadian journalist revealed that she met Ezra Tumwesigye through a friend years ago and that they became friends.
Amy Falon claimed that the bike rider has been good to her and her family during their connection, especially during a period when she was robbed in Uganda.
On his birthday, she wrote in a post via Twitter,
“Some Kampala peeps on here will know him, but it’s my boda Ezra Tumwesigye’s bday today. Also found him through @EtimaKarim, about 8 years ago, & he’s been so good to me, esp in past yr. Means so much to my whole family. Miss him, if you see him pls say HBD! @SafeBoda.
When I got mugged in Kampala, and I had no phone and ID etc, he communicated with my family for me. Can’t forget it.
If you need a good boda in Kampala please use him,”
she wrote.
