Abubakar Shekau, leader of the notorious Islamist Militant group Boko Haram escaped arrest by the whiskers last Monday,
However his wife was not very lucky as security operatives captured her when men of the Nigeria Security forces stormed their hide out after a tip off.
Shekau was said to have narrowly escaped operatives, leaving his wife behind who could not beat security tactics.
Shekau and wife have been hiding in a remote village close to the Chad border for quite some time.
The source continued that the Boko Haram leader escaped few minutes before the combined team of security Forces following a tip-off got to his hide out.
The source further added that the arrested wife of the Boko Haram sect leader has been moved to an unknown location within the country for interrogation.
Nigerian Security operatives are keeping mum over this issue.
