Daddy Freeze, a popular Nigerian media personality, has revealed why he would never consider giving money to his mother.
According to the divisive OAP, he has never given money to his mother and would not consider doing so if she were wealthy.
Giving money to wealthy parents, he claims, does not bring blessings.
He went on to say that his mother was not raised to view monetary gifts as the primary expression of love and appreciation.
To support his point, he recalled a time when he was younger and his mother drove him to the home of a politician to return the money he had left with her assistant.
He wrote in part:
“There is no blessing in giving your rich parents money. The blessing is when you give to the poor. If your parents are struggling you are blessed when you give them money or assist them.”
