Andre Onana, the goalkeeper for Manchester United, has affirmed that he does not dislike Harry Maguire despite yelling at the defender during their 3-2 loss to Borussia Dortmund on Sunday in a preseason friendly.
The Red Devils have now suffered three straight losses after their loss to the Bundesliga runners-up.
At 2-1, Onana went out of his goal to yell at Maguire for passing a short pass to Christian Eriksen, which resulted in an opportunity for Dortmund and the goalkeeper making a save.
Now that he has described himself, the Cameroonian is a highly demanding presence on the backline.
They are outstanding players, therefore I want a lot from them, and I will continue to demand a lot from them, Onana said to MUTV. It is now a great honor for me to play with these defenders.
They are accomplishing tremendous things with Harry [Maguire] and [Lisandro] Martinez. They are crucial contributors to the team. Being a part of this team makes me very pleased, and playing with them is awesome.
