In a viral video, a rat is seen turning around the floor after wandering into the NDLEA exhibition room. One of the NDLEA staff members speaking in the background of the video described the rat as “cute.” Another member of staff revealed that the rat got high after tasting the exhibit seized from lawbreakers.
