The brother of controversial social media activist, Verydarkman (VDM), has called on Nigerians to lift him up in prayer as concerns grow over his sudden online silence.
Taking to social media early Sunday morning, he appealed to the public—especially those heading to church—to remember VDM in their prayers, sparking a wave of speculation and concern among fans.
“Good morning everybody I am not here to say much but I want you all to pray for Verydarkman. It’s not easy. He hasn’t posted for two days. I know you all are asking question ‘where is VDM?’ The truth is..today is Sunday, as you go to church remember to put VDM in your prayers for good..”
The message has since triggered mixed reactions from netizens:
