VeryDarkMan has publicly confronted Blessing CEO over inconsistencies surrounding her recent breast cancer claims.
Blessing CEO had earlier disclosed during an Instagram Live session with Daddy Freeze that she was diagnosed with breast cancer at a hospital in Nigeria. She admitted she was unsure of the stage of the illness and did not have a clear estimate for the cost of surgery. She also acknowledged exaggerating certain details while seeking financial support, stating that she would eventually require funds for treatment.
Reacting to this, VeryDarkMan questioned the credibility of her claims, accusing her of potentially misleading the public. He revealed that he had personally donated money to her and demanded clarity regarding her diagnosis.
He warned that such actions could be interpreted as fraud, stressing that soliciting funds under false pretences is a serious offence.
In a video that has since gone viral, he stated:
“My money is in your account. Better get ready because it must not look like you defrauded the public. This is a very big crime. When I am ready, you will refund me my money.”
The activist added that although he had been occupied with other issues, he intends to hold her accountable. He also cautioned against taking advantage of public sympathy, emphasising the importance of honesty when seeking support for health-related issues.
The situation has triggered widespread debate online, with many Nigerians questioning the authenticity of Blessing CEO’s claims and echoing concerns about possible misconduct.
