Usain Bolt overcame on Sunday claimed gold at 100m dash final of the World Athletics Championships in Beijing.
Bolt won the race in9.79 seconds, besting rival and favourite Justin Gatlin by .01 sec.
Gatlin was expected to win the race, Bolt has been battling with a knee injury and barely qualified for the final.
Thirty-three year old, Gatlin had been unbeaten for two years. But on the biggest of occasions, timing was with Bolt again.
“Got nipped at the line by great Usain,” Gatlin told journalists after the race.
