As the number of infections continue to rise in the country and across the globe.
Union Bank has allegedly lost a staff to COVID-19.
According to a circulating screenshot of an email from union bank, the bank stated that it had lost an employee to COVID-19 at the Yaba isolation center
Union Bank however stated that the staff had been working remotely and had not been to any of its branches
The bank also did not disclose the identity of the staff and said it respected the privacy of the staff’ family
