Emmanuel Jonas of the Niger Tornadoes scored a hat-trick in the game.
Ridwan Seriki, Emmanuel Ekpeyong, Ibrahim Yahaya, and Obiakor Ifesinachi also scored.
The Flying Eagles will resume training at the FIFA Goal Project in Abuja on Monday morning.
