Grammy award winning music producer Sidney “Omen” Brown has died at the age of 49.
According to TMZ, Brown’s body was discovered on September 13, 2025, in his Harlem, New York apartment. A staff member at his workplace reportedly reached out to his family after noticing he hadn’t shown up for his shift, leading to the heartbreaking discovery.

The exact circumstances of Brown’s passing are still unclear. The New York City medical examiner is expected to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause.
