National Leader of the APC and Former Lagos State Governor, Senator Bola Tinubu has decided he will run for presidency come 2015.
Tinubu, who was believed to be initially interested in the nation’s vice presidency, will make this known to the public during the party’s national convention coming up in June in Abuja, following the exposure of his initial muslim/muslim ticket plan.
Aside tipping off Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi, as the Director-General of his campaign organisation, the presidential bid looks near impossible because of the fact that the party has agreed in principle to zone it to the north where a Muslim candidate is most likely to emerge, his vice presidential bid is literally impossible on the grounds of religion.
But this won’t stop Tinubu as it has been reported that he intends continuing with his plans.
